No. Narpavi Health runs in a web browser on desktops, laptops and tablets. We host and maintain the platform, so you don't need servers or IT staff.
Is our hospital's data kept separate from other hospitals?
Yes. Each hospital is its own tenant with an isolated data space, and access is checked on every request.
Can we bring our existing patient data?
Yes. Our team can help migrate patient masters and other records from spreadsheets or your current system during onboarding.
Does billing support GST?
Yes. Bills record the taxable amount, GST rate and GST amount, and track pending, partial and paid status.
How long does it take to go live?
